$OGS Token Utility

$OGS provides a range of benefits and utilities within the OG.fun ecosystem:

Minimum Holding Requirement: To participate in the early access phase of SMAC funding, users must hold a minimum amount of $OGS tokens. This threshold will be determined and communicated clearly to the community. Holding more $OGS might also provide additional benefits such as a higher allocation on popular SMAC.
Rewarding Commitment: This requirement ensures that those most committed to the OG.fun platform and its long-term success have the first opportunity to participate in promising community takeovers.

5% Allocation: Each successful SMAC contributes 5% of its raised SOL to the $OGS ecosystem. This allocation is automatically used to purchase $OGS from the open market immediately after a SMAC reaches its funding goal.
Driving Demand: This mechanism creates consistent buying pressure for $OGS, directly linking the token's value to the activity and success of SMACs.
Rewarding Participants: The purchased $OGS tokens are locked within the SMAC and distributed to participants along with the acquired target tokens, but only after the SMAC's success metrics are met. This aligns incentives and rewards participants for successful takeovers.

Proposal Voting: $OGS holders can vote on various proposals, such as which categories of tokens to target for future SMACs.
Platform Development: $OGS holders can also participate in governance decisions related to the future development of the OG.fun platform, such as proposing and voting on new features, partnerships, and other initiatives.
